Our community has a significant population of older adults who face unique challenges related to aging, including health issues, mobility limitations, and social isolation. We are planning an Elder Care Program that would provide home health care assistance, transportation, social and recreational activities, and support groups for caregivers.
By addressing the specific needs of older adults, this program will help improve their well-being, reduce the burden on family caregivers, and strengthen intergenerational connection within our community.
